0730 - 0900 - training - 1st shift
                    - 2nd shift - thematic conversation (tasks, the aim of work),
                   preparing for training
                    - watching the training, warming up for training

0900 - 1030 - training - 2nd shift
                    - 1st shift - analysis of training, individual training

1030 - 1200 - time provided for thematic conversations, watching
                   cassetes, eventual demonstrative trainings, chess and table
                   tennis competitions

1230 - lunch
1330 - 1530 - obligatory rest
1600 - 1715 - training - 1st shift
                     - 2nd shift - thematic conversations (tasks, the aim of work),
                   preparing for training, watching the 1st shift's training,
                   warming up for training
 
1715 - 1830 - training - 2nd shift
                    - 1st shift - analysis of training, compeeting in individual 
                   disciplines
 
1900 - dinner
1930 - 2100 - correction training games
2100 - 2300 - free activity (quiz, watching video cassettes, going out...)
2300 - taps (sleeping time)
